Multiple items shipping
It’s normal for multiple items to be shipped separately.

Returns / Exchanges

Free returns—even for washed or worn items.

30 days: Full refund

180 days: Store credit
A refund confirmation email will be sent after we process your return. We generally issue refunds within 10 business days of receiving it. Delays may occur due to current volumes—thanks for understanding.

Free gifts
If returns put your order below the promo threshold, the free gift must be returned. Want to keep it anyway? We’ll deduct its cost from your refund or request payment.

Can I edit/cancel after ordering?
No—orders can’t be changed or canceled once submitted. You can still return items; refunds are for the item amount only, excluding shipping.
